Our story in crafting exceptional high-end residences began in Izmir in 2015 with our inaugural project, Vitalia Narlıdere, launched under the Uzunyayla Group. We built upon this foundation of success by expanding to Istanbul, proudly completing Vitalia Kadıköy in 2024. Looking forward, we are excited to bring our signature blend of quality and sophisticated aesthetics to new cities.
